Meet Param (Sidharth Malhotra), a fun-loving Delhi guy with big dreams and a not-so-great track record in investing in start-ups. He’s convinced that an app called Find My Soulmate will finally be his big break. But there’s a catch – his father will only fund him if Param actually finds his soulmate through the app… in just one month.

Enter Sundari (Janhvi Kapoor), a free-spirited girl from Kerala who the app insists is his perfect match. Param Sundari Movie Review Sidharth Malhotra Janhvi Kapoor Starrer is fun but average

Param Sundari is one of those films that feels like a fun, light-hearted ride but doesn’t quite manage to soar beyond being an average watch. What really works in its favor is the music. Pardesiya is pure nostalgia with its soothing vibe, Danger is that fun party banger, and Bheegi Saree brings in a touch of sensuality. Safe to say, the album carries the film on its shoulders.

Sidharth Malhotra slips into rom-com mode with ease. His flirty charm and comic timing are on point, and it’s honestly nice to see him in a lighter avatar. Janhvi Kapoor, accent glitches aside, looks comfortable and is charming in her own way. Together, they share a rather cute chemistry that works well, whether in banter or just the way they look on screen. Manjot Singh, as Sidharth’s sidekick, brings in some genuine laughs too.

Param Sundari Movie Review:

The first half breezes by with humor, pretty visuals, and fun energy. But post-interval, the film starts to wobble. The story gets super predictable and typical, the comedy doesn’t land as often, and the finale just feels a little underwhelming.

Still, for families and casual movie-goers, Param Sundari has its heart in the right place. It’s easy on the eyes, light on the brain, and won’t leave you exhausted. Sure, it may not bring anything groundbreaking to the table, but between the music, the visuals, and the leads’ chemistry, it makes for a harmless popcorn entertainer that you won’t regret watching once.
