Pati Patni Aur Woh duo Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday are finally back together on screen after six years. The trailer opens at an airport bookstore, where these two strangers meet by chance. Ananya plays Rumi, an author who is clearly not in the mood for nonsense. Kartik’s Ray, however, has no filter and openly mocks the title of her book. Naturally, Rumi is annoyed, and naturally, fate has other plans. Cut to them being stuck together on the same yacht, because what is a rom-com without forced proximity?

The film is directed by Sameer Vidwans, the filmmaker behind Satyaprem Ki Katha, which also starred Kartik. With Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures backing this project, the vibe seems set for colourful visuals, catchy music and a storyline with a full rom-com heart.
