According to a Pinkvilla report, the actor is keen to avoid being boxed into the gangster-action zone for too long. With Dhurandhar already cementing his place in that space, Ranveer reportedly feels it is time to switch gears rather than repeat himself.
Sources claim that this is one of the key reasons why Don 3 has been pushed down his priority list. Instead, Ranveer is fast-tracking Pralay, a zombie thriller directed by Jai Mehta. He is said to be personally involved in sorting dates and schedules to ensure the film goes on floors sooner than originally planned. The idea is simple.
