Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic opens on a chilling note. Yash’s character, Raya, is told that this war is different. What follows is a rapid-fire montage of brutal battles, bare-knuckle fistfights, and unapologetically graphic violence. Limbs fly, heads are crushed, and enemies are beaten to pulp with a kind of rage that feels personal.

From grandiose action set-pieces staged inside a Royal Circus to Chainsaw massacre, Toxic is loud, stylish, and completely unhinged in the best way possible. The teaser ends with a mic-drop dialogue – “It’s over, when I say it’s over. Till then, have some manners.”
Adding more firepower is a stacked ensemble cast. Nayanthara plays Ganga, Kiara Advani steps in as Nadia, Huma Qureshi appears as Elizabeth, Tara Sutaria as Rebecca, and Rukmini Vasanth as Mellisa.
