Cannes 2023; Urvashi Rautela Crocodile Necklace By Cartier Price – 20 MILLION EUROS!

Urvashi Rautela’s Cannes 2023 look is going insanely viral.

While she looked elegant in a pink tulle gown by SimaCouture, it was her Cartier Crocodile necklace that stole the show. And the price of this magnificent piece is allegedly 20 MILLION EUROS!

There’s quite a bit of history attached to this iconic piece – as per this Forbes report, Mexican actress Maria Felix wanted a crocodile-design necklace custom-made for her. She even marched into the Cartier boutique with an actual live crocodile in an aquarium, so that the designers could study it properly and emulate the features.

The intertwined crocodile necklace is designed such that it can be worn as a necklace, and removed to be worn as a brooch too. As per this report, after Maria’s death, Cartier purchased the necklace back for 20 million euros (almost 178 crores)! Isn’t that fascinating?
