After lockdown, the Bollywood film industry is coming back in action with several interesting projects.
Earlier it was reported that Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda have come together for a contemporary social comedy movie.
On Thursday Vikrant and Kriti started shooting for their upcoming social comedy movie ‘14 Phere’ at Kamalistan studio. Devanshu Singh, who directed ‘Chintu Ka Birthday’, will direct this movie from a script by Manoj Kalwani. ‘14 Phere’ is being produced by Zee Studios.
Zee Studios took to Twitter and wrote, “Embarking on a journey that promises 2x fun, dulha-dulhan are ready to take #14Phere! Starring Vikrant Massey, Kriti Kharbanda, and directed by Devanshu Singh. A Zee Studios production #ShootBegins today!”
The movie which is slated to be released on July 9, 2021, will also be shot in Delhi, Jaipur, and Lucknow.
According to The Indian EXPRESS, while talking about the film Devanshu said, “A contemporary social comedy with elements of romance, comedy of errors, lots of emotions, adventures-misadventures, and celebrations. It’s full of surprises.”
He also said that he is thrilled to be working with talented artists like Massey and Kharbanda.
Both Kriti and Vikrant shared the news on social media and wrote “Embarking on a journey that promises 2x fun, dulha-dulhan are ready to take 14 Phere!”
On the work front, Kriti was last seen in the Zee5 movie ‘Taish’, along with Pulkit Samrat, Jim Sarbh, Harshvardhan Rane, and Sanjeeda Shaikh.
Meanwhile, Vikrant was last seen in the Netflix movie ‘Ginny Weds Sunny’, opposite Yami Gautam.
