As Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana shapes up to be one of Indian cinema’s most ambitious two-part epics, the focus has shifted from its grand narrative to the salaries of its star-studded cast.
From Ranbir Kapoor’s substantial fee for portraying Lord Ram to Yash’s impressive earnings as the antagonist Raavan, here’s a breakdown of what each actor is reportedly earning.

1- Ranbir Kapoor as Ram

Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly earning ₹75 crore for each installment of the two-part Ramayana saga, bringing his total to an estimated ₹150 crore—his highest paycheck to date. Previously, his biggest fee was for Brahmastra – Part One: Shiva, where he starred alongside Alia Bhatt and was paid between ₹25 to ₹30 crore. For Animal, Kapoor is said to have increased his base fee to ₹30–35 crore and also negotiated a share in the profits, though the exact figures remain undisclosed. With the Ramayana, the actor officially enters the ₹100-crore club, marking a major leap in his career earnings.
2- Yash as Raavan

Kannada superstar Yash has reportedly bagged a massive ₹50 crore for portraying Raavan in each installment of the two-part Ramayana, taking his total earnings to ₹100 crore for the project. This follows earlier reports by News18 in June that claimed Yash would set a new record as the highest-paid actor for a negative role, with a fee of ₹200 crore—though that figure now appears to be exaggerated. Prior to Ramayana, Yash was said to have charged around ₹30–35 crore for his iconic role in the blockbuster KGF and KGF: Chapter 2.
3- Sai Pallavi as Sita

Sai Pallavi is reportedly set to earn around ₹6 crore per installment for Ramayana, bringing her total compensation to ₹12 crore for the two-part epic. This marks a notable increase from her usual remuneration in South Indian cinema, where she typically charges between ₹2.5 to ₹3 crore per film. The pay hike reflects her rising popularity and demand in Hindi cinema. Her previous highest fee is believed to have been ₹5 crore for the 2025 Telugu thriller Thandel.
4- Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman

Sunny Deol is reportedly earning Rs 20 crore for each part of Ramayana, bringing his total fee to Rs 40 crore. This is reportedly in line with his previous remuneration for Gadar 2 (2023), which was estimated at around Rs 20 crore. The role of Lord Hanuman not only marks a major payday but also serves as a fitting addition to Deol’s legacy of larger-than-life performances.
5- Ravi Dubey as Laxman

Television actor Ravi Dubey is reportedly being paid between ₹2 to ₹4 crore for his role in Ramayana. While it’s not yet confirmed whether this fee is for one installment or both parts of the epic, it already marks the highest film-related remuneration of his career—allegedly exceeding even his top earnings from television.
