Yes, you read that right. This pairing already sounds like a crowd-pleaser. According to a Pinkvilla report, the film is currently in the pre-production stage and is expected to go on floors by mid-2026.

A source revealed, “Director Amit Rai has cracked a story that is bigger, more relevant, and hard-hitting than the previous installments. Akshay was clear that OMG 3 had to scale up in every aspect, from story, emotions, to performances, and Rani coming on board has made the film even bigger.” Clearly, expectations are sky-high.
The OMG franchise has been one of Akshay Kumar’s most loved and successful outings. The first film, OMG: Oh My God! (2012), was a sharp satire about an atheist shopkeeper who sues God after an earthquake destroys his shop. It hilariously questioned blind faith and religious hypocrisy, while still striking an emotional chord. The film crossed ₹149.90 crore at the box office and became a cult favourite.

Oh My God 2 took a different but equally relevant route. It followed a God-fearing father whose life turns upside down when his son is expelled from school over a so-called vulgar act.
