Ileana D’Cruz too hasn’t been deprived of fake news revolving around her life.
Back in 2018, when she was dating Andrew Kneebone, there have been reports claiming that Ileana was pregnant and underwent an abortion. The Barfi actress surely knows how to shut the trolls and gave them a befitting reply by posting a picture on Instagram and captioning it as, “not pregnant.” Meanwhile, the couple parted ways in 2019 after dating for a while.
Recently, while talking to Bollywood Hungama, the actress talked about the fake news and rumors that she has heard about herself. She mentioned the bizarre reports, from being pregnant to abortion, that made her laugh. Not only that, but she also mentioned the reports which reportedly claimed that she attempted suicide.
“There have been a few. There was one where apparently I was pregnant and had an abortion. It is kind of sad, honestly, that people actually wrote stuff like that. It was bizarre,” she revealed.
“There was another where I had committed suicide, not attempted. Very sad. (That) I had committed suicide but I had survived and my maid had confirmed the news. I didn’t have a maid, I didn’t attempt suicide, I was alive… It didn’t make any sense. I don’t even know where they get stuff like that,” Ileana further added.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ileana will next be seen with Randeep Hooda in their upcoming film titled Unfair & Lovely.
