Nawazuddin Siddiqui was last seen in the Netflix film ‘Serious Men’. He has quite a few interesting projects lined up next.
He will next be starring in ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ which is said to be a satirical love story with dark humour.
Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika Films will be backing the production and this film will be helmed by Sai Kabir. It’ll go on floors soon.
It was previously reported that the late actor Irrfan Khan was the initial choice for the project which was titled ‘Divine Lovers’ back then. However, due to Irrfan’s tragic demise, Nawaz is now stepping in his shoes as the male lead in Tiku Weds Sheru. Zarine Khan is said to have been approached as the female lead.
Meanwhile, Nawaz also has ‘Jogira Sara Ra Ra’ with Neha Sharma lined up ahead of him.
