Sonakshi Sinha was last seen in Bhuj: The Pride Of India.
She’s making her OTT debut with Amazon Prime series Fallen and also has fun projects like the Netflix film Bulbul Tarang and the horror-comedy flick Kakuda.
As per a recent report from Bollywood Hungama, she’s reuniting with her Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi director Mudassar Aziz for his next production.
Titled ‘Double XL’, the film is being directed by Satram Ramani (of Helmet fame). As the title itself suggests – the movie will tackle the issues and discrimination that two overweight women face.
Apart from Sonakshi Sinha, Huma Qureshi (last seen in Bell Bottom) has also been roped in allegedly. Double XL will commence filming in London shortly – and it’s being said that the two actresses will first shoot the portions where they have to look lean before filming the weight gaining process.
Huma Qureshi, meanwhile will have a cameo in Gangubai Kathiawadi. She also has the Netflix film Monica O My Darling. There are also strong rumours that she’s a part of SLB’s Heera Mandi series.
