Maharashtra will be reopening theatres from October 22, 2021.
The news has sent Bollywood into a tizzy – and we’ve got a bunch of big movie releases lined up for 2021-2022.
From Laal Singh Chaddha, Prithviraj, Bunty Aur Babli 2 to Bhool Bhulaiya 2 and more… a slew of announcements were made recently.
Jumping on the theatre release bandwagon is the Ayushmann Khurrana-Vaani Kapoor starrer ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui‘. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, it said to be a progressive love story between a cross-functional athlete and a transgender.
Ayushmann recently took to Instagram to update that the movie will be hitting the theatres on 10th December 2021!
