Shah Rukh Khan, as we know, is collaborating with Tamil filmmaker Atlee Kumar for an action-packed Pan-India film.
A few weeks ago, a leaked picture from the production revealed that the movie has tentatively been titled ‘Lion’.
SRk-Atlee’s film also features south superstar Nayanthara, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, and Sunil Grover. ‘Bahubali’ actor Rana Daggubati is also expected to join the cast.
While there has been no official announcement yet, reports are doing rounds that SRK allegedly plays a double role in this film. As per a media report, SRK will supposedly essay both the roles of a father and his son.
“SRK will have double roles in Atlee’s next. Yes, there won’t be one but two Shah Rukhs in the film. Apparently, the story is designed like an Indianised Money Heist – a vigilante thriller – with SRK playing the professor leading a gang of girls. Shah Rukh will play both the father and son’s role. Yes, there will be an older SRK and a younger one, as well,” a source revealed to the portal.
Previously, SRK had portrayed double roles in films like- ‘Fan’, ‘Ra-One’, ‘Duplicate’ & more.
Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that ‘Lion’ is allegedly inspired by the popular Spanish heist crime drama series ‘Money Heist’.
