As per TOI report, a 25-year-old actress was arrested by the Versova police for allegedly assaulting her minor house-help over a delay in work!
The struggling actress is a resident in Versova. The underage victim has complained that the actress would torture and beat her with sandals. She had even sustained head injuries because of such assault and had to be sent to the hospital to get treatment.
Another shocking sexual harassment claim – the actress reportedly hit the minor domestic help and forced her to disrobe while taking naked videos and pictures of her! The minor victim lodged the complaint with the Versova Police after her sister noticed the injuries.
An FIR has been filed under Sections 326 (assault), 354 (B) (Assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe), and 504 (intentional insult) of the Indian Penal Code and under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).
The identity of this struggling actress is not yet revealed.
