Subhash Ghai is known to be the biggest fan of Dilip Kumar in Bollywood and everyone knows this.
Subhash had the honor to direct this legendary actor in three of his films, Vidhaata, Saudagar, and Karma.
He was close to Dilip Kumar until the latter’s death this year. However, he is still close to the late actor’s wife, Saira Banu.
It is now reported that Ghai is planning to direct a biopic on Dilip Kumar. Not much has been revealed about the project yet.
A source says, “He feels there is a very inspiring story to tell on how a fruit seller’s son became India’s most revered actor. Subhash Ghai wants Amitabh Bachchan to play Dilip Kumar.”
