Athiya Shetty-KL Rahul‘s wedding rumours keep hitting headlines in every few months.
The two have been dating for almost 3 years now. They made their relationship public last year.
Earlier today, a report claimed that Athiya-KL Rahul would finally get married in the next 3 months. Reports did rounds that the wedding preparations were on in full swing.
However, the latest reports state otherwise. Athiya’s father-actor Suniel Shetty has reportedly denied such rumours.
When the Main Hoon Na actor was asked about Athiya-KL’s ongoing wedding rumours, Suniel replied-
“No, nothing has been planned yet!”
Back in April, it was rumoured that the the two would tie the knot in December this year. However, Athiya’s dad dismissed the rumours and reportedly stated –
“She is my daughter, she will get married sometime. I would want my son to also get married, the sooner the better. It’s their choice. As far as KL Rahul is concerned, I love the boy. And it is for them to decide what they want to do, because times have changed. Beti aur beta dono hi responsible hai (My daughter and son are both responsible people). I would like them to take the decision. My blessings are always there for them.”
