Disha Patani was last seen in Ekta Kapoor‘s Ek Villain Returns.
As per reports, Disha has been replaced in Ekta’s upcoming production venture.
In 2019, Ekta Kapoor had announced KTina, starring Disha Patani in the lead.
The film has been put on hold for quite a while. There were also rumours that the film was shelved.
Now, we hear that the makers have decided to revive the project without Disha. If this Pinkvilla report is to be believed, the Baaghi 2 actress has been replaced for KTina.
As the report further suggests, Ananya Panday & Nushrratt Bharuchha have been supposedly approached for the lead role.
“The film’s schedule had gone for a toss because of the Covid-19 pandemic, but KTina’s story is special for Ekta and Raaj and it is now back on track. They have approached Ananya Panday and Nushrratt Bharuccha for the film. They will work on the shooting schedule and other logistics once the cast is locked.”

Interestingly, Nushrratt played the female lead in Dream Girl and Ananya is now headlining the sequel. Both the movies are produced by Ekta Kapoor.
