A couple of months ago, the much-awaited Hera Pheri 3 was finally announced.
Now, rumours are rife that Karik Aaryan is likely to play Raju (Akshay Kumar‘s character) in the 3rd part.
Rumours claimed that Kartik had allegedly replaced Akshay in Hera Pheri 3. The cult-comedy also stars Paresh Rawal as Babu Rao and Suniel Shetty as Shyam.
If this Peeping Moon report is to be believed, the reports of Kartik replacing Akshay are FALSE!
“There was no such development. And that Nadiadwala had not called on Kartik to come and take Hera Pheri 3 forward. The rumour was just that – a rumour meant to spook the cast waiting for the third part to roll.”

In June this year, producer Sajid Nadiadwala had announced Hera Pheri 3 with its original cast.
The first two parts of the cult-comedy classic were produced by Firoz Nadiadwala. Meanwhile, the 3rd installment is backed by Sajid Nadiadwala.
Back in 2014, Hera Pheri 3 had gone on floor starring Paresh Rawal, Suniel Shetty, Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham in the lead. Later, the movie got shelved.
