Is Akshay Kumar back in Hera Pheri 3?
The OG Khiladi was reportedly said to be replaced by Kartik Aaryan in the iconic franchise. He was allegedly not happy with the script.
However, as per latest Pinkvilla report, looks like renegotiation is on the table. Producer Firoz Nadiadwala is once again in talks with Akshay to sort out their differences and resume their collab for Hera Pheri 3.
“The reason for Akshay not doing Hera Pheri was never the money, but the script. He knows how big a franchise is and didn’t want to take things for granted just to capitalize on the brand name. But now, he and Firoz will sit down and decide on all the aspects of Hera Pheri 3. If everything goes well, Akshay could be back as Raju in Hera Pheri 3,” a source revealed to the portal.
On the work front, Akshay has Selfiee, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, OMG 2, Capsule Gill and more in the pipeline.
