Bihar Court Dismisses Case Against Bollywood Bigwigs in Connection to Sushant’s Death

Earlier, Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha had filed a petition in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur court against 8 people including Bollywood celebs like Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and Ekta Kapoor for allegedly abetting Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide.

The complaint was filed under Sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 of IPC. The advocate had alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was removed from 7 films and some of his films weren’t released, and thus a situation was created that forced the actor to take the drastic step.

However, the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Bihar’s Muzaffarpur court, Mukesh Kumar, dismissed the petition seeking for registration of the case against the Bollywood Bigwigs. He stated that the matter lay out of the court’s jurisdiction.

Advocate Ojha had also named Kangana Ranaut as one of the ‘witnesses’ when she slammed Bollywood for nepotism. Unfazed by the Bihar Court’s decision, he commented that he will be challenging CJM’s decision before the District Court

“I will challenge the CJMs decision before the district court. Bihar is in pain over the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. We must act to bring those, who drove a jovial young man like him to take such an extreme step, to justice.”
