Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy appoints advocate for processing possible CBI case for Sushant Singh Rajput

The public outcry for justice in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case has been gaining momentum with #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput and #CBIForSonOfBihar trending on Twitter. Suspecting foul play in the case, fans have kept the demand going for CBI Investigation into Sushant’s death.

Now, the public seems to have found support in the Rajya Sabha MP and Former Union Cabinet Minister, Subramanian Swamy. He has appointed advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari to process all the required documents for a possible ‘CBI case or PIL or Criminal complaint case.’

Subramanian Swamy stated that Ishkaran will look into the facts of Sushant Singh Rajput case and see whether it’s a fit Case for CBI investigation and see that justice is done. He also informed the people to follow Ishkaran’s Twitter for updates.

Ishkaran Bhandari has explained the process of how to send information for Justice for Sushant Singh Rajput in his tweet.

The former Cabinet Minister also updated that currently, Ishkaran is looking to – “See if Sections 306 and/or 308 of India Penal Code read with Article 21 of the Constitution is applicable. That is, whether accepting the Police version of it being a suicide, was the Actor driven to it?”
