Confirmed! Nag Ashwin’s next film to have Deepika Padukone starring alongside Prabhas

We have received some exciting news that the industry is now stepping into a world of powerful combinations. Bollywood’s gem, Deepika Padukone, has now been welcomed into the Telugu film industry and her first project is set to be with Baahubali star, Prabhas.

Director Nag Ashwin also confirmed the news and both the actors share their excitement via social media.

In an Instagram post, Deepika Padukone shares a video of production house Vyjayanthi Movies welcoming her. Deepika captions the post saying, “Beyond Thrilled!Cannot wait for what we believe is going to be an incredible journey ahead…”

Prabhas also posted the same on his Instagram with the caption, “We are very excited to have Deepika Padukone on board, welcome.”

Director Nag Ashwin shared his glee in a tweet where he said he was glad that the story chose these two powerhouse actors to play the characters.

“Deepika Padukone I believe actors and projects find each other… Glad this is the story that chose to find you…can’t wait to start building this world together..and ur character, thts a surprise for another day.”

The film is getting ready for a 2021 release in three languages; Telugu, Hindi and Tamil. Details of the film are yet to be disclosed, however, fans are already excited and frankly, so are we!
