In a shocking turn of events, a major development happened in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case with his father filing an FIR against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her family.
K.K Singh has made some serious allegations against the actress about cheating, exploiting and abetment to suicide.
The case has been filed under IPC sections 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 306 (abetment of suicide).
Rhea’s Lawyers met her last night and she is most likely to apply for anticipatory bail today after discussion her advocate Satish Maneshinde. As per sources, “her lawyers have prepared the draft and the documents have been signed by Rhea last night. They may move to sessions court today.”
