Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, KK Singh, has now upped the investigatory notch by filing an FIR this Tuesday in the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna. KK Singh has accused Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and five others for abetment to suicide.
Actress Rhea Chakraborty had earlier pleaded in an open letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah for a CBI probe into the matter. Sushant’s shaken sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, took to Instagram and posted a picture of her late brother.
Captioning the image, “If truth doesn’t matter, nothing ever will!”, Shweta struck a chord and has received many positive responses.
KK Singh’s case has been filed under IPC sections 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 306 (abetment of suicide).
