Sadak 2 will be Alia Bhatt’s first-ever collaboration with her filmmaker father Mahesh Bhatt. Disney+Hotstar had earlier announced Sadak 2’s digital premiere as part of its OTT line-up.
The leading actress Alia took to Instagram to share the release date along with unveiling a new poster of the film featuring her co-stars Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur – “SADAK 2 – The road to love is the ONLY road to take”
The film is all set to release on Disney+Hotstar on 28th August. It is a sequel to Mahesh Bhatt’s 1991 film Sadak, which starred Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt. Both of them are returning for the sequel and cast also includes Jisshu Sengupta, Makarand Deshpande, Gulshan Grover, Priyanka Bose, Mohan Kapur and Akshay Anand.
