Arbaaz Khan Files Defamation Case At Being Dragged Into SSR-Disha Salian Death

Arbaz Khan has filed a defamation case in a Mumbai civil court after many reports surfaced that claimed he had something to do with deaths of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his manager Disha Salian.

The court has passed an interim order that the defamatory content be taken down immediately.

As per a Hindustan Times article, the court had asked the defendants Vibhor Anand, Sakshi Bhandari and an unknown defendant called John Doe / Ashok Kumar to withdraw, recall or to take down any defamatory content that they had put up (be it directly or indirectly).

This content also included all posts, messages, tweets, videos, interviews, communications and similar correspondence to the defamatory content in relation to Arbaaz Khan or his family members on all public domains and social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other mediums and bot.

The alleged defamatory content also included posts which claimed that Arbaz Khan was apparently in unofficial custody of the CBI and that he had been arrested.
