SSR Case: AIIMS Doctors Submit Conclusive Report To CBI; No Trace Of Organic Poisoning

The SSR case investigation continues as now the investigating AIIMS team has submitted their post mortem and viscera findings to the CBI.

According to a report, the team of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) doctors have a ‘conclusive report’.

AIIMS and CBI are in agreement on the Sushant Singh Rajput death case but more deliberations are needed. There is a need to look into some legal aspects for a logical legal conclusion in due course of time. It will be totally conclusive,” said Dr Sudhir Gupta, chairman of AIIMS’ Forensic Medical Board.

The report is now being analysed with other available evidence by the CBI to conclude if Sushant Singh Rajput was killed or if it was a case of suicide.

The AIIMS report is a ‘conclusive finding’, however, CBI will take a final call after going through the evidence it has collected so far.

On the 7th of September, ANI mentioned that the AIIMS forensic team had run tests to check whether or not there was poisoning involved. Post this, a special three-member team of doctors were led by the CBI to Sushant’s house for further forensic examination.

No Trace Of Organic Poison Found In SSR’s Body

As per Times Now, it had been reported that no trace of organic poison found in Sushant’s body. The report also mentions that the AIIMS doctors will analyze Cooper Hospital’s report and points out that there was not enough light in the mortuary room.

The Kalina Forensic Science Laboratory had also submitted their report in June, the month of Sushant’s death, on ruling out any kind of poisoning.

Earlier, Senior Advocate Vikas Singh, Sushant’s family lawyer, took to Twitter in order to tweet out his frustration with the CBI’s delay in solving the case.
