While Anushka Sharma and Kareena Kapoor Khan are still expecting, Vivah actress Amrita Rao and hubby RJ Anmol have already welcomed their first child!
On November 1, the couple became proud parents to a healthy, beautiful baby boy. They had even invited baby name suggestions from fans for their little munchkin. And in no time, the fans flooded their comments with an outpouring of suggestions.
Today, the duo took to Instagram to share the first glimpse of their adorable bundle of joy and also revealed the name they had zeroed upon for their son – Veer! Another name of Lord Mahavir, Veer means ‘courageous’.
After Veer’s birth, Amrita had previously told BT, “I can’t stop staring at my baby’s face and my husband Anmol’s priceless expression of joy. I’m still in a state of wonderment. The phenomenon of giving birth to another human being is unfathomable and divine. There is a God realisation that nothing is in your hands and control. This baby was meant to come this year, so yay… I’m a #2020 mom!”
