Bollywood Actor Ajay Devgn is all set to put on his director shoes after his last directorial ‘Shivaay’.
Bollywood’s two iconic actors, Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan, are going to reunite again after 7 long years post ‘Satyagraha’.
The powerful duo, Big B and Ajay Devgn, are soon to come together for yet another drama packed thriller movie titled ‘Mayday’, produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms.
According to a source of Pinkvila, “Ajay Devgn will not only play the lead in the film along with Big B but also direct the film. This will also be the first time Ajay will be directing Bachchan Saab on celluloid.”
The source further says “When he was scripting for his next directorial venture, he immediately thought of Amit ji and of and wanted him only for the role. ‘Mayday’ is a thrilling human story which Big B loved and he agreed to be part of the project, when he got the offer from Ajay.”
While the story and release dates are kept under wrapped, the project will go on floors on December this year in Hyderabad.
Ajay Devgn is currently busy shooting Bhuj: The Pride of India. Ajay’s last directorial venture ‘Shivaay’ stood out for its stunning visuals and VFX.
Big B is now busy with KBC; while his last release was ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ which released on Amazon Prime Video.
It will be an absolute delight to watch the magical duo together again on the big screen.
