Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani – these two extremely talented new-age actors have successfully proved their talent in Bollywood.
Now, these two actors are all set to come together for Netflix’s upcoming rom-com movie.
Sanya and Abhimanyu will next be seen in Karan Johar’s upcoming movie, titled ‘Meenakshi Sundareshwar’, which soon will be released on Netflix. This movie marks the directorial debut of Vivek Soni.
Set in Madurai, this rom-com narrates the story of a young couple and how they deal with the trials and tribulations of life. This movie is being produced by KJo’s ‘Dharmatic Entertainment’ and written by Vivek Soni and Aarsh Vora.
Sharing the first look of the film, Dassani wrote, “What’s in a name? My wife Meenakshi and I can assure you – a lot. ‘Meenakshi Sundareshwar’, coming soon to Netflix.” Whereas Sanya captioned, “You are cordially invited to Meenakshi and Sundareshwar’s wedding. Send gifts and long-distance relationship tips!”
While Sanya’s latest release ‘Ludo’ is still receiving positive reviews mostly, this project marks her second association with Netflix.
Abhimanyu made his Bollywood debut with Vasan Bala’s critically acclaimed movie ‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota’.
