The Ministry of Health has allowed the use of Remdesivir for restricted emergency purposes in patients in the moderate stages of the Covid-19 under “investigational therapies” in its Clinical Management Protocols for the disease.

Now, this is not the first time SRK has donated for the fight against Covid-19. Earlier in the year, the Badshah of Bollywood went all out with his various companies – Kolkata Knight Riders, Red Chillies Entertainment, NGO Meer Foundation and Red Chillies VFX, to ensure his support. Be it monetary contributions to PM-Cares Fund and Maharashtra CM’s Relief Fund, or providing 50,000 PPE kits to West Bengal and Maharashtra.

Keep doing the good work, SRK!
