Looks like renowned Bollywood critic Rajeev Masand has bid adieu to his journalism career and headed off for greener pastures!
Karan Johar and Rajeev Masand both got embroiled in the Sushant Singh Rajput controversy and the nepotism debate last year. 2020 indeed had been a trying year for KJO, however, he had attempted to diversify into newer ventures.
With the grand launch of Dharma Cornerstone Agency, Johar had announced that Dharma Productions would be foraying into talent management in partnership with Bunty Sajdeh’s Cornerstone.
And now looks like Rajeev Masand will be running the ship at Dharma Cornerstone Agency as the COO (Chief Operating Officer). This popular journalist and film critic has worked with the likes of The Times Of India, The Indian Express, Star News, CNN-IBN. His work at DCA as the senior executive would be to handle the day-to-day operations and ensure management stability.

Of course, this piece of news has not escaped Twitter’s Controversy Queen Kangana Ranaut. The Manikarnika actress had an explosive reaction, slamming Rajeev as KJO minion! She also scorned him saying it was a good thing he dropped the journo ‘facade’!
Again emphasizing on the movie mafia label, she also tweeted alleging that they hijacked the industry to strategically sabotage one’s image!
