Another shocking incident happened on 15th February 2021, Sushant Singh Rajput’s ‘M.S Dhoni’ co-star Sandeep Nahar died by suicide!
Sandeep was found hanging from the ceiling fan with a bedsheet at his Goregaon residence.
His wife Kanchan informed the Goregaon Police Station and investigation is now underway. However, hours before his demise, Sandeep had taken to Facebook to share his suicide note along with a lengthy 10-min video.
He explained the reason for his drastic step – he was trapped in a troubled marriage with Kanchan Sharma and facing troubles in the film industry. The suicide note has now been deleted from his profile.

Talking about his struggling marriage – “There is a motive behind making this video today. The purpose is that I am facing a lot of problems in my personal life. I am mentally unstable due to my wife Kanchan Sharma. I am going through trauma for the last one and a half to two years. I have tried to explain to my wife repeatedly. She has been fighting with me for the entire 365 days. She talks about committing suicide every day. She says will commit suicide and hold me culpable,” Nahar said in the video.
“I have become extremely upset. She abuses my family and my mother. I am unable to receive calls from my family before her. She connects my name to anybody. She suspects me. There is no answer to her suspicion. She fights all the time. She ran away from home earlier and I kept searching for her. Her mother supports her in this and threatens to lodge a case against me,” he added.
He also talked about politics in Bollywood. “There’s a lot of politics in this industry as well. You are given a lot of hopes only to be replaced in the projects at the end despite signing an agreement with you. The industry eats a lot of your time. People here are emotion-less and are living a fake life” – he wrote in Hindi.
“I would’ve died by suicide a long time ago but I chose to give myself the time and hope that things would get better, but they didn’t. I now have nowhere to go. I don’t know what awaits me after I take this step, but I’ve been through hell in this life,” Sandeep had said.
He had concluded his note ended by saying “I have only one request, after I am gone, please do not say anything to Kanchan but do get her mind treated”.
