4. Gangs of Wasseypur – Permission
Huma Qureshi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui were sitting by the water when Nawaz puts his hand on her, offending Huma. She then asks him to take permission before doing something like that. The scene is also followed by hilarious discussions on various situations we take permission for. The scene was improvised by Nawaz and is apparently inspired by a real-life incident.
5. Ugly – Police station
The Anurag Kashyap directorial ‘Ugly’ also sports an impeccable improvised scene. Rahul Bhat rushes to the police station to report to the inspector about his daughter’s kidnapping. This was initially not a 14-minute scene as per the script. The actors were so into the shot that the elongated the scene.
6. Masan – Bridge
Vicky Kaushal’s acting in Masan won hearts. However, a not so well known fact is that he also improvised the climax of the film. Vicky apparently was so involved in the scene that he suggested the shoot to take place under a bridge. It started off with crying but the actor smartly used the dialogue ‘Tu Kisi Rail Si Guzarti hai Main Kisi Pull Si Ther ta Hoon’ from the song. Â
