It’s been a month now and word about Shraddha Kapoor and Rohan Shrestha’s rumoured wedding still floats in the air.
Earlier, Shraddha’s father, Shakti Kapoor had reacted to this news without hinting at it being true or false.
Shakti Kapoor had said, “I don’t know what reports and speculations are surfacing on the Internet. But I shall always stand by my daughter. That means in every decision of her life she takes, including her marriage. Rohan is a very nice boy. He does come home but he has come home since childhood. Shraddha hasn’t told me that she plans to marry him. To me, they are still just childhood friends. I do not know if they are serious about each other.“
Now Rohan’s father, Rakesh Shrestha, has also commented on this rumour in an ETimes interview saying, “As far as I was told, they were friends from their college days. Besides, they have many common friends in Juhu. They both are doing so well in their professional lives, so any decision they take about being together will also be a sensible and mature one.“
“If they decide to marry each other, I will happily do everything for them. The word ‘objection’ does not exist in my dictionary. And let me tell you, I call Rohan as ‘My Dream’, I rarely address him as ‘Rohan’,” the doting father continues, saying he will support the two irrespective of their decisions.
Rohan and Shraddha celebrated the latter’s birthday in the Maldives together yesterday. Rohan was also snapped with his arms around Kapoor.
