We’ve all been waiting to see Manoj Bajpayee back in action as Srikant Tiwari in Family Man 2.
While the release of 2nd season has been postponed till summer, Manoj was busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Despatch’.
However, looks like the actor has contracted coronavirus on the sets while shooting. As reported by Hindustan Times, his publicist said in a statement –
“Manoj Bajpayee has tested covid positive after his director (was) infected with it. The shoot has stopped it will resume in couple of months. Manoj was shooting for Despatch film, which is produced by Ronnie Screwvala. The actor is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions.”
We wish him a speedy recovery! Talking about Despatch – it is an investigative thriller that revolves around the world of crime journalism! Bajpayee will also be starring in the Zee5 murder mystery film ‘Silence Can You Hear It’.
