Yesterday, Karan Johar created quite a stir after he announced that he would be launching Shanaya Kapoor in Bollywood.
Shanaya is the daughter of actor Sanjay Kapoor and jewellery designer Maheep Kapoor, who was last seen in ‘The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives’.
Shanaya has come onboard ‘Dharma Cornerstone Agency’ as their new talent and will begin work on her first Dharma film in July.
Now, not much is known about her debut film, but if this Miss Malini report is to be believed, then Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani are going to co-star in it. Both artists have been introduced as fresh talents in Dharma Cornerstone Agency.
Gurfateh was last seen in the Netflix film, Guilty, opposite Kiara Advani. Meanwhile, Lakshya who gained fame as the lead in Sony TV’s Porus show, will be debuting in Bollywood alongside Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor in Dostana 2.
