Akshay Kumar was shooting for Ram Setu with Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha when he tested Covid-19 positive.
On the 5th of April, Kumar took to his social media and gave fans shocking news of his hospitalisation after contracting the virus.
However, Akshay’s wife Twinkle Khanna, or as the world also knows her, Mrs Funny Bones, has given us an update on the star’s health.
Twinkle took to her Instagram account and shared an adorable animated image of herself and her doting husband with good news. She captions the post, “Safe and sound and good to have him back around,” confirming that Akshay is no longer COVID positive and has finally tested negative.
Fans seem to be sighing deep breaths of relief as the comments and good wishes started flowing under the post.
