Like everyone else, Ajay Devgn too, has hopped onto the OTT bandwagon.
He will be making his digital debut with the Disney+ Hotstar web series – ‘Rudra – The Edge of Darkness’.
According to previous reports, this show is allegedly the remake of the British crime drama ‘Luther’. Ajay will be seen playing a cop in this dark, gritty thriller.
Peeping Moon has now reported that the series will commence shooting in Mumbai from July 21. Moreover, the portal also stated that South actress Raashi Khanna has been reportedly locked as the female lead.
She will apparently assume Ruth Wilson’s role from the original as a psychopath and murderer. Meanwhile, Raashi is also featuring in Amazon Prime web series – ‘Sunny’ which stars Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi.
Apart from his OTT debut, Ajay has movies like Bhuj: The Pride Of India, Mayday, Thank God and Maidaan lined up ahead of him.
