The businessman (husband of Shilpa Shetty) has been sent to 14-day judicial custody His bail hearing has been adjourned to July 29 by Bombay High Court.
As per latest report by New Indian Express, a fresh FIR has been filed in the alleged porn films scandal by an actress who has alleged she was ‘forced to shoot’ for a pornographic film for the ‘Hotshots’ app.
3 Producers of businessman Raj Kundra’s company, as well as actress Gehana Vasisth, have been named in the complaint which was lodged at Malwani police station on Tuesday. FIR has been registered under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections – 420 (cheating), 392 (punishment for robbery), 393 (attempt to commit robbery), and provisions of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act and the Information Technology Act.
The case has been transferred to the Mumbai Crime Branch now.
