Shweta Tiwari has often hit the headlines owing to troubles with estranged husband Abhinav Kohli.
Shweta had gone to Cape Town for ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 11’ shoot and Abhinav had accused her of allegedly abandoning their son Reyansh.
Abhinav had also alleged that Shweta had fled the country in violation of pending court proceedings of an alleged forgery case.
Abhinav had filed an FIR against Shweta this year but it was for an offence allegedly committed in 2017. He had claimed that she had forged his signature on an NOC (No-Objection Certificate) to secure a UK-travel visa for their son Reyansh.
A source close to Shweta shed light on these allegations and revealed to the media – that it was odd that Abhinav was alleging forgery of his signature; since he had given another NOC in the same year (2017) for securing travel visa for their son to UK!
The source also questioned why he had filed a complaint in 2021 for a 2017 offence. However, looks like the odds are in Shweta’s favour as the sessions court has allowed her anticipatory bail as well as interim relief from arrest!
