Actors Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya met on the sets of their Telugu film ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’ and that was only the beginning of their love story.
The couple tied the knot in a stunning ceremony filled with laughter and romance in 2017.
However, now we hear talk of marital trouble! Speculations began when Samantha changed her username on all her social media handles, dropping the surname Akkineni and switching it to her maiden name – Prabhu.
Sourced from a report, we found out that a news portal had contacted Samantha and Naga Chaitanya about the separation rumours but were not given a firm response by either of the actors and their agencies.
Samantha initially stated she was busy with a shoot but then reportedly blocked the portal’s contacts later on. While this was Samantha’s story, Naga Chaitanya’s team man – Mr Suresh, refused to comment on the issue. Suresh apparently had dismissed this news saying it wasn’t true but in a following statement, he reportedly said he doesn’t know anything about the matter at hand.
Another team member of Naga Chaitanya, Mr Raju also had a similar response saying, “The news is not correct,” and then apparently said that he does not know. He added, “Discussing this with the artiste (Naga Chaitanya) will be bad. This is not a thing to discuss.”
