Rohit Shetty CONFIRMS Movie ‘Sooryavanshi’ To Have A Diwali RELEASE!

Sooryavanshi has been the talk of B-Town for a while now and fans are in anticipation of the film’s release.

While the movie was supposed to be out the last year, the shutting down of theatres owing to the pandemic had postponed the release twice.

But now, the wait is over as director Rohit Shetty has taken to Instagram in order to confirm the release of Sooryavanshi. Rohit Shetty along with many other filmmakers met with Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and discussed the re-opening of theatres in the state.

Posting a picture with the Chief Minister, Shetty captions it, “Thanks to our Honourable Chief Minister, Shri Uddhav Thackeray, theatres in Maharashtra to reopen from 22nd October.
And FINALLY!!! we can say, This DIWALI… AA RAHI HAI POLICE…“

So there we have it! Fans can now expect an official release date, now that Rohit Shetty has confirmed a Diwali release.
