The late Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan is all set to carry forward his father’s legacy.
He’ll be making his acting debut with the Netflix film Qala, produced by Anushka Sharma, co-starring Tripti Dimri.
He has also allegedly bagged another prime project! If the latest Peeping Moon report is to be believed he’s headlining a web series next.
The project is being backed by Yash Raj Films, marking their 1st venture into the OTT space.
The portal further reported that the show will be an investigative thriller set in Bhopal, consisting of 5 episodes. The mini-series, helmed by debutant filmmaker Shiv Rawail, will commence shooting from November reportedly.
It is not yet known which OTT platform will be streaming this project. Let’s wait and see the official confirmation.
