Earlier today (October 3), Shah Rukh Khan’s elder son Aryan Khan was questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the drugs case.
The 23-year-old came under the scanner of the anti-drugs officials after they raided a rave party on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
Reportedly, his phone and electronic gadgets were seized to scan whether he was directly involved in the possession or consumption of drugs.
Now, according to NDTV, Aryan, along with his friends Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, and 5 others, has been arrested in the Mumbai cruise drugs raid case.
They have been booked under sections 8 (c), 20 (b), 27, and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, as reported by India Today. However, Aryan has reportedly denied purchasing drugs in his written statement.
He was also taken to the JJ Hospital for a medical examination. Reportedly, Aryan, along with others, has been sent to the NCB custody till Monday (October 4).
Aryan Khan’s arrest memo has been doing rounds on social media, where he can be seen acknowledging his arrest, as per TOI.
