Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra is out on bail now in the alleged porn films scandal case.
Sherlyn Chopra had previously accused Raj of sexual assault. She had also claimed that the businessman had told her his relationship with wife Shilpa was complicated.
As per the latest update – Sherlyn has filed a complaint against Raj and Shilpa for alleged fraud and mental harassment.
“I’ve filed a complaint to register FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual harassment, cheating & criminal intimidation,” Sherlyn told the media.
In retaliation, Shilpa-Raj’s legal team warned Sherlyn of the legal consequences and defamation.
“The due process of law must be followed for the alleged statement that Miss Chopra wants to make. Calling for a press conference to do this reflects a strong intention to commit an offence of defamation. Anything spoken by Miss Chopra in the public domain shall be held against her in the court of Law. She shall be liable for civil and criminal proceedings before competent courts,” read their statement.
