Bollywood actor Salman Khan is the owner of several properties around Mumbai.
While he apparently lives in a luxurious 1BHK apartment in the city, he frequently visits his sprawling farmhouse in Panvel.
Now, a report informs us that Salman put one of his top properties in Mumbai on rent. The apartment is at Shiv Asthan Heights, Bandra West, Mumbai. The rent amount to be paid is a whopping Rs. 95 Thousand per month.
The apartment is located on the 14th floor and is spread across 758 square feet along with being very close to Bandra’s famous bandstand. “The tenure of the agreement is 33 months, documents showed,” the documents say. Apparently, the tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs. 2.85 lakh with the agreement indicating a 5% escalation clause in it.
On the other hand, two months ago Salman had taken a new property at Bandra’s Maqba Heights on a monthly rent of Rs 8.25 Lakhs.
