Bollywood actress Kajol owns several lavish properties in Mumbai.
The actress resides in a sprawling Juhu bungalow, where she lives with her actor-husband Ajay Devgn and two kids- Nysa and Yug.
Now, according to Money Control, Kajol has apparently given her Powai apartment for rent for two years. The 771 sq ft apartment is situated on the 21st floor of the Atlantis project in Hiranandani Gardens in Powai.
As the report further suggests, the rent amount to be paid is a whopping Rs 90 THOUSAND per month. Reportedly, the documents revealed that the tenant had paid a security deposit of Rs 3 lakh and after one year, the rent of the house will go up to Rs 96,750 per month.
The leave and license agreement were registered on December 3.
Recently, Salman Khan has also rented out his Bandra apartment for Rs 95 Thousand per month.
