Anushka Sharma In Jhulan Goswami’s Biopic ‘Chakda Xpress’; See Movie Teaser, OTT Release & More!

After Zero, Anushka Sharma had taken a break from acting, instead choosing to focus on producing content under Clean Slate Filmz.

And last year she and Virat Kohli were blessed with daughter Vamika. But looks like the actress is ready to head back to acting post her maternity break.

Anushka took to Instagram to announce her new movie – Chakda Xpress. It is a biopic based on Jhulan Goswami – the former captain of Indian national women’s cricket team! 

Anushka will be playing the titular role in this Prosit Roy directorial. He had previously helmed her Pari movie. The filming will officially begin soon.
