Superstar Salman Khan’s niece Alizeh Agnihotri Khan is all set to step into the showbiz world soon.
The 21-year-old star kid is the daughter of Salman’s sister Alvira Khan and her husband Atul Agnihotri.
The reports of Alizeh Agnihotri‘s much-anticipated Bollywood debut have been doing rounds for quite a while now. As reported earlier, Salman’s niece Alizeh and Sunny Deol’s younger son Rajvir Deol had come on board for debutant director Avnish Barjatya’s (Sooraj Barjatya’s son) untitled coming-of-age love story.
However, we hear that the project has reportedly been put on hold indefinitely due to Covid-19.
Now, if this Peeping Moon report is to be believed, Salman is said to be launching Alizeh in the Hindi remake of the Thai movie titled ‘Bad Genius’ (2017). Netflix’s ‘Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega’ series fame Soumendra Padhi has come on board to direct this yet-to-be-titled thriller film.
Inspired by real-life news of students cheating on the SAT, Alizeh will supposedly be seen in the character of a straight-A student (played by Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying) who devises an exams-cheating scheme, which eventually rises to international levels.
While the casting is still underway, Alizeh’s debut movie is expected to go on floors in March and will release by the end of this year or early in 2023.
